How It Works

ECM NeuroTroniX provides worldwide ECU / ECM / PCM mail-in repair and programming services.

1. ECU Diagnostic & Evaluation – $200

Start by ordering our $200 diagnostic service and shipping your ECU to our lab.

This includes:

● Bench testing on a professional test stand

● Internal inspection (unit opening if required)

● Electrical and visual fault analysis

● Root cause identification

● Repair feasibility assessment

After testing, you will receive a clear report with the ECU condition, identified issue, and available repair options.

If the ECU is not repairable, it will be returned to you.
The $200 fee covers diagnostic and evaluation only.

2. Repair Approval & Payment

If the ECU is repairable, we will contact you with the results and repair plan.

To proceed, you approve the repair and pay the $300 balance,
bringing the total to our $500 flat-rate service (diagnostic + repair) for most ECUs.

3. Repair & Return

After payment, we complete the repair and perform final testing.

Your ECU is then safely shipped back to you.

Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time is 1–7 business days, depending on the issue and parts availability.

Warranty

All repairs include a 1-year warranty.

Warranty does not cover:

● Water or moisture damage

● Physical or mechanical damage

● Damage caused by incorrect installation

● Failures due to external wiring or faulty equipment
